1 FRIED FOODS
Everywhere you look, fried food can be found in nearly all establishment that serves food so much so that it has become a commonplace in the western diet than many of us think little about it but all that fried food isn’t helping with the weight that pilling up on your body.
We can all agree that fried food taste great, like the gods themselves blessed the grease-covered food. From fired covered snickers to fried chicken, fried food is not you’re friend and it’s got to go or at least consumed in moderation.
Oh, the taste of sweets. Since our early age sweets have been a staple of our extensive but behind those delicious morsels of amazement lies one big thing that many fail to forget as they are trapped in the delicacy and that is calories.
Most if not all sweets are packed with sugar and calories. The daily caloric intake for the average adult is roughly 2000 calories a day give or take.
So it’s easy to see where one could go horribly wrong by just consuming a few Krispy Kreme donuts each containing 190 calories a piece can quickly turn into joyful regret that your stomach will thank you and hate you later.
If you’re really serious about dropping the pounds you’re going to have to cut back on the wonderous sweet; instead of the whole dozen aim for one donut or sweets of choice instead.
3. FAST FOOD
Fast food is a staple of the average American diets mainly due to our overly complicated and busy lives. In today world finding the time to cook is becoming an ever-increasing chore that only the lucky or dedicated really have time for but if weight loss is your gain the fast food isn’t going to do you any favors.
We’ve all hand weak moments where a double quarter pounder just what the stomach order if its a constant order however then Houston we have a problem. Over consuming fast food is not only fattening but dangerous as well.
Today, fast food is chalked food of added food preservatives and fillers that aren’t even real food! What did you think? You were eating 100% fresh grass fed beef. No, most if not all beef has that been flooded into the fast food market has been chopped and diced to cut the cost of the industry to fill that belly of yours.
